1. Who these terms are with

This site is operated by Dental Booking For You, by WiseBooks. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

It describes a service for private dental practices and lets you request a strategy session. It is information and an invitation to talk. It is not an offer that binds either of us, and nothing here creates a contract for the service itself. That comes later, in writing, if we both decide to work together.

3. Who may use it

You must be 18 or older and able to enter agreements on behalf of the practice you are asking about. The booking form is for practice owners and the people they authorise, not for patients.

4. Booking a session

Requesting a session does not guarantee one. We take on a limited number of practices, we work one practice per area, and we say no when the fit is wrong. If you cannot make a booked time, tell us and we will move it.

5. What you send us

Send accurate information, and send only what the form asks for. Do not send patient records, clinical information or anything protected by health privacy law. This site is not built to receive it, and we do not want it.

6. No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or clinical advice. The figures in the investment calculator are arithmetic on numbers you type in, not a projection of your results, and they do not account for your costs, your case mix or your market.

7. Intellectual property

The text, design, code and marks on this site, including Patient Flow™, belong to us or to our licensors. You may read and share the pages. You may not copy the design or the copy for your own commercial use without written permission.

8. Results, reviews and case studies

The practices named on this site agreed to be named, and they reported those figures themselves, over their own measurement windows, in their own markets. They are real outcomes for those practices and they are not a promise of yours. What a practice gets depends on its team, its capacity, its pricing, its area and how it answers the phone. Video reviews are the opinions of the people speaking, given without payment.

9. Other sites and services

This site links to services we do not control, and the booking form is served by our CRM provider. Their terms govern their part. We are not responsible for what they do, and we cannot promise that this site will be available without interruption.

10. Liability and governing law

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profits or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them or about this site will be heard in the state courts of Seminole County, Florida, or in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

11. Changes, and how to reach us
