Privacy Policy
What we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, who it reaches, and how to ask us to delete it.
Last updated: 16 September 2026
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Dental Booking For You, by WiseBooks. We build and run patient acquisition systems for private dental practices in the United States. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean that business, and "you" means anyone who visits this site or submits the booking form.
2. What we collect
We collect two kinds of data, and the difference matters.
What you give us. The booking form asks for your name, your email address, your phone number, and details about your practice and your market. You choose what to put there. Nothing on this site asks for patient records, clinical information or payment details, and you should not send them to us.
What your browser gives us. Standard technical data that any web server receives: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open, and the site or advertisement that sent you here. Your language choice is stored in your own browser and never leaves it.
3. Why we use it
To answer you, to schedule and hold the strategy session you asked for, to check whether your area is still open, to run and measure our own advertising, and to keep the site working and secure. We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, and we do not share it with other dental practices.
4. Who it reaches
Your form submission goes into our CRM, which runs on GoHighLevel, and it is read by the team that makes the calls. The site is served through GoHighLevel's hosting and its content delivery network. Our advertising runs on Meta and Google, which receive measurement data about visits and conversions from their own tools where those tools are active on the site.
Each of those companies handles the data under its own terms and its own privacy policy. Beyond them, we disclose data only when the law requires it, or to defend a legal claim.
5. Calls, texts and email
When you submit the form you are asking us to contact you, and we will do so by phone, text message or email to arrange the session. You can stop that at any time: reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or write to the address in section 11. Ending marketing contact does not end a session you have already booked.
6. Cookies and measurement
This site stores your language preference in your browser's local storage, which is not a cookie and is never sent to us. Our hosting provider and our advertising platforms may set their own cookies to keep the site working and to measure campaigns. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site is built to keep working if you do.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data while we are in conversation with you and for 24 months after our last contact, so that a practice that comes back in six months is not starting from nothing. If your practice becomes a client, we keep what the contract and tax law require for as long as they require it. After that we delete the data or strip it of anything that identifies you. You can ask us to delete it sooner, and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
8. Your rights
Write to us and you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Residents of California, and of other states with comparable privacy laws, have those rights by statute, including the right not to be treated differently for exercising them. We do not sell personal information as those laws define selling.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and the CRM is access controlled. No system is perfect, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
10. Children
This site is for dental practice owners and their teams. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
11. Contact, and changes to this policy
For anything in this policy, including a deletion request, write to [email protected] or call (407) 534-3640.
If this policy changes we will post the new version here and move the date at the top. Material changes deserve more than a quiet edit, so we will say what changed.
